Yes, we are 100% Cruelty Free with vegan options. 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Standard U.S Shipping: Please allow up to 5-10 days business days (weekends and holidays are not included) for ALL orders to be handled and processed, then shipped out. Your order may be shipped earlier than mentioned, but it depends on the capacity of orders we receive.

 

We ship orders via USPS first class mail by default, *First class mail can take up 3-5 days to be delivered for U.S domestic addresses, this process will begin after processing time.

 

 Expedited Shipping: Once the order has been dispatched to USPS it will take up to 1-3 to get to you. The same processing time applies, if it's a rush order, please email us and we will try our best to get it shipped at the earliest convenience. 

 

International Shipping can take 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on location. The time frame begins after the order has been shipped.

 

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In the event you receive a refund, unless it was purchased in store, the shipping and handling is not included apart of the refund.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

 

We assure you all packages are packed and equipped for rough handling during transit, however, If you receive a damage product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please forward detailed images of the damage to aevabeauty@hotmail.com for inspection. We reserve the rights to reject any claim of damages, if your claim is received beyond the 48 hours of arrival. 

 

When forwarding your claim, please assure that all the material and packaging are retained for safety purposes.
